Abhilesh Gupta is Group Chief Financial Officer and Commercial Head. He has over 27 years' experience in leading and managing international finance and commercial portfolios in the LNG, natural gas and power sectors in India and Singapore. Prior to joining AG&P, he spent five years as Group CFO of Asia Genco Pte Ltd., where he was responsible for the commercial, regulatory and treasury functions for the company’s power plant investments in South Asia on behalf of an investment consortium of Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, General Atlantic, Everstone and Norwest.

Prior, Abhilesh was the General Manager of Finance at Petronet LNG Limited and was instrumental in the financial closure of India’s first LNG receiving and regasification terminals at Dahej, Gujarat and Kochi, Kerala, as well as multiple LNG sale purchase agreements and charters.

Abhilesh earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Rajasthan, India. He is a Chartered Accountant.

JM Sigelman is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AG&P Group Holdings PTE Ltd. Since he led the acquisition of AG&P at the end of 2010, the company has generated over $1 billion of revenue and has returned strong profits. Under his leadership, AG&P has developed from a leading industrial manufacturing company focused on the modularization of hydrocarbon, mining, power and civil facilities into a global powerhouse in downstream LNG and gas logistics and infrastructure solutions.

JM Sigelman began his career with Lazard Freres. He is a graduate with honors from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs and received his MBA from The Harvard Business School. In 2008, the World Economic Forum named Sigelman a 2006 Annual Star of Asia. His first company, OfficeTiger, a start-up that grew to several thousand people focused on the provision of accounting, legal, pre-media and other judgment-driven services, was sold for $250 M in cash to RR Donnelley.

He has lived for extended periods in the UK, India and the Philippines. He is originally from New York City.

PPG Sarma is Managing Director of City Gas Distribution (CGD), based in India. A widely recognized industry expert in gas delivery, PPG has extensive experience across the gas value chain including the transmission and distribution of natural gas. As former CEO for Torrent Gas Private Limited, PPG secured exclusive licenses for CGD for 10 geographical areas in India including Chennai, Jaipur and Karaikal, during the 9th bidding round led by the Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB).

He has also previously held senior roles at Turbo Energy Private Limited, where he was Executive Director and Gujarat Gas Ltd., where as CEO, he was responsible for the development of pipelines for the transmission and distribution of natural gas. He oversaw operations, maintenance and regulation of over 260 CNG stations and 3,000 industrial customers, successfully delivering consistent revenue growth while increasing the company’s market share in strategically important regions. PPG has held several high profile non-executive positions, including Chairman of the Board of Sabarmati Gas Limited, a JV between Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (GSPC) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and Board Member for GSPC subsidiaries Gujarat Gas Trading Company Limited and Gujarat Gas Financial Services Limited.

PPG earned his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the College of Engineering, Andhra University in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Prasad Kompela is City Gas Distribution (CGD) Chief Operations Officer for Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh and Head of Technical Services, India. He is a seasoned executive with almost 30 years’ experience in the hydrocarbon industry and, in the last 10 years, has focused on the distribution of natural gas.

Prasad was formerly with Gujarat Gas Limited (earlier known as GSPC Gas Co Ltd.) where he represented the organization across various statutory and regulatory platforms and was responsible for the project’s execution and commissioning and the operations and maintenance of the pipeline networks and their allied facilities. For Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd., Prasad was involved in the development of CNG mother and daughter booster stations and the operations and maintenance of the commissioned CNG Infrastructure.

Prasad earned his Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Senthil Kumar is Head of HR, Admin, PR and IR functions for AG&P India. He brings over 20 years of corporate experience across Strategic Human Resource Planning, Talent Acquisition and Management, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Industrial Relations, Strategies, HR Systems and Processes, General Administration and Public Relations.

Prior to joining AG&P, he was the Group Head – HR at TVS Turbo Energy Limited, Chennai, where he was responsible for leading all aspects of Corporate HR as well as Site HR, IR, Administration, CSR and PR functions until 2019.

Previously, he worked in various management positions at Venkys Group (Venkateshwara Hatcheries Pvt. Ltd.,) in Pune, Suguna Poultry Coimbatore, and Ace Glass Containers Ltd. in Pondicherry.

Senthil earned his MBA in Human Resource Management from Annamalai University, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Bharathidasan University and Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Mysore University.

Atul Bhatt is City Gas Distribution (CGD) GA Head for Uttara Kannada, Haveri and Shivamogga, Karnataka India. He brings over 33 years’ experience, 29 years of which are spread across various facets of CGD, including design, engineering, installation, commissioning and maintenance of gas intakes arrangement, customer service, contract management, gas sales business development, credit monitoring and controls mainly industrial segment, pipeline project permissions (statutory and ROU), engaging/dealing state, central, local and other permission authorities like PWD, Railways, NHAI, Environment, Forest and Climate Change Department, among others.

Prior to joining AG&P, Atul was the Assistant General Manager of Torrent Gas Private Limited, where he was responsible for the marketing activities of domestic, commercial, industrial and transport segments of Sangareddy, Medak, Geographical Area (GA), Telangana, India. Before Torrent, he was the Assistant Vice President of Gujarat Gas in Ahmedabad, India, managing centralized function of PR - Permissions and ROU of six major GAs, involving average annual capex of close to Rs. 300 Million for steel and polyethylene pipeline network for CNG and PNG customers. He started his career with Inox India Pvt. Ltd. as Supervisor/Shift-in-Charge, overseeing all activities from installation to operation and maintenance of one of their liquid (Cryogenic) oxygen/nitrogen plants of 1000 cubic meter capacity at Kalol, Gujarat, India.

Atul earned his Master in Management degree from the Sikkim Manipal University, Diploma in Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and Engineering degree from Gujarat Technical University.

Anupam Ahuja is Chief of Staff for the Executive Committee comprising representative Members of the Board, the Chairman and the CEO of AG&P Group. She is also SVP for Strategic Services leading the Marketing, HR, IT and Client Account Management functions across AG&P’s global operations.

Anupam joined AG&P in 2011 and has been instrumental in establishing the AG&P brand globally as a leading downstream gas and LNG logistics company.

An Economics Honours graduate from Delhi University, Anupam has over 25 years of international experience in marketing communications, HR and Change Management across the oil and gas, pharmaceutical, outsourcing and IT sectors. Prior to AG&P, Anupam served as Global Vice President, Marketing Communications, OfficeTiger, New York, Project Manager, Mckinsey & Co., India and Senior Manager, Text 100 India, an international marketing and public relations firm where she received several awards including Best Client Crisis Management Award by Cisco Systems, India.

Chiradeep Datta is City Gas Distribution (CGD) Chief Operations Officer for Karnataka and Kerala and Head of Operations & Maintenance, India. He brings over 30 years’ experience in operations, project management and commissioning for leading cross-country gas pipelines. He is responsible for the delivery of CGD projects in these two states, while at the same time leading the operations and maintenance of all our CGD networks across India.

Before joining AG&P, Chiradeep held several senior roles. He was the Chief of Operations at Reliance Gas Pipelines Limited for four years and Vice President & Head, Technical Services at Reliance Gas Transport Infrastructure for seven years. He also worked as Chief Executive Assistant to Director, Projects in GAIL for 19 years, where he was responsible for the commissioning of DVPL and DUPL projects and gas supply distribution in Mumbai, Assam and HVJ UP networks.

Chiradeep successfully commissioned the 484-kilometer long and high-pressure Dahej-Nagothane Ethane Pipeline and executed the Ethane Dispatch Terminal Project at RIL, Baruch. He also led the operations of the natural gas pipeline transporting natural gas to South Gujarat networks. He has deep knowledge of technical industry standards and has an expertise in remote operations, pipeline hydraulics, operations and maintenance of gas turbines, centrifugal pumps and compressors, SCADA systems, gas quality management, HSE and process safety management and hazard analysis, F&G systems, pipeline intelligent pigging and hot tap and stopple operations.

Chiradeep earned his Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, where he graduated with honors.
