Rubber
The rubber that comes from the trees goes through various stages of filtering, cleansing, reacting, and pressing.
Extracting rubber from trees and processing it to use in various products takes a lot of steps.
The rubber that comes from the trees goes through various stages of filtering, cleansing, reacting, and pressing to form the product that is ready to be processed.
The slabs of rubber are chewed in machines and rolled before they are properly cooked in an autoclave. This rubber is then used for various purposes.
If we take the example of tyres; the rubber is not simply moulded into the circular shape. Fine quality is sorted, combined to other raw materials, and then pressed inside a mould which is heated to make tyres. Similarly other products made out of rubber go through an extensive process where natural gas is used to produce heat and mould the rubber.
